Students are required to send in their reporting forms by 27th February 2020. Scanned copies/photo of the form must be clear and completely filled (except for group id). Late forms will not be entertained. Forms with wrong/misspelled details must be re-scan and re-submit for the details to be updated. YOUR NAMES WILL BE DELETED IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR REPORTING FORM.

IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR REPORTING FORM & SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO YOU, THE FACULTY WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU AS OUR STUDENT.

Good day!

Students are required to submit their reporting form, latest, by 27 FEBRUARY 2020. Late submission will be penalized accordingly.

Only students who have submitted their reporting form will be highlighted in green. Students with duplicate names (multiple companies) is highlighted in orange. Names with red highlights are problematic. Make sure that your phone number, internship dates, and internship address is written and spelled correctly. Unclear forms will not be updated.

P/S: REPORTING FORM AND REPLY FORM ARE TWO DIFFERENT FORMS. MAKE SURE YOU SEND THE RIGHT FORMS TO MAKE SURE YOUR NAME REMAINS IN THE INTERNSHIP LIST UNTIL THE END OF THE SEMESTER.

POWERPOINT SLIDES GUIDELINES (FOR NON-VISITING INTERNS)

Good day!

Below are the guidelines for the Powerpoint slides. If there are no lecturers visiting you until the end of your internship, you must submit your slides together with your logbook and also your report. Failure to submit will result in 10% marks deduction.

What to write on slides?

  1. Company information – you can include company background and location
  2. Duration and the dates of your industrial training – most of you do it in 14 weeks, but some of you may have done more than that. Please include this in your slide.
  3. Summary of what you have done during industrial training
  4. Any additional information that you might want to write in slides

Please limit your slides between 10-15 slides only. Slides more than 15 pages is tiresome to read.
